Returns

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 

To cancel your order, please e-mail me at gillyoung553@gmail.com with your order number. A refund will be issued once we have received the item.

The purchase price of the item will be refunded. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any postage costs incurred (unless the order is faulty or incorrect).
You will be required to return the goods UNUSED and in their original packaging.

You will be required to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

You will be required to pay for postage and obtain a proof of postage certificate and email this to gillyoung553@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return.

Gillian Young Author will have 14 days from receipt of the returned goods to execute a refund via the original payment method, assuming that goods are returned UNUSED and in 'as sold' good condition and the correct postage for return was applied.

• Customers are allowed to return items within 14 working days.  They must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and we reserve the right not to accept them if not in the same condition. 

• Return postage must be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or they have received the incorrect item.

• If your item is damaged or you have received the wrong product, we would be grateful if you could return the same within 14 days of purchase and we will in such instance cover your return postage for the damaged/wrong product.

• Please contact us to let us know that you are returning and item and the reason for your return.

• Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund your purchase within 3 days.
